Job Title: Head of Data & Analytics Growth

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data & Analytics Growth to lead and expand our data-driven decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data analytics team, develop robust data systems, and drive business growth through advanced data modeling, A/B testing, and predictive analytics. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and growth strategies for our retail and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a data and analytics team, ensuring high performance and innovation.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.

• Conduct advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to optimize business performance.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to establish metrics, KPIs, and growth success strategies.

• Drive data-driven decision-making across departments to enhance revenue, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, including 3 years in a leadership role.
✔ Background in eCommerce or retail analytics is highly preferred.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
✔ Proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, and other analytics tools.
✔ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google BigQuery, and advanced analytics tools.
✔ Strong ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
