Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its Middle East & African Regional HR team. The role involves developing and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, manage payroll processes, and enhance employee engagement through effective benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Collaborate with the HR team to implement regional compensation policies.

Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to maintain competitive salary structures and incentive schemes.

Monitor renewable energy industry salary trends and recommend improvements.

Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave applications.

Manage probation assessments, performance appraisals, bonuses, and salary increments.

Handle employee-related insurance, including renewals and compliance with local regulations.

Prepare labor cost reports and compensation budgets.

Conduct employee training and workshops on compensation and benefits programs.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting.

2+ years of experience in HR management, focusing on compensation and benefits.

Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.

Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
