Aqua Cleaning L.L.C is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive the company’s digital presence and engagement. The specialist will be responsible for developing creative content strategies, managing social media platforms, and increasing brand awareness through viral campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Create engaging viral content such as reels, customer testimonials, and before/after transformations.

Collaborate with the team on content production, visual direction, and shooting schedules.

Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
-
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.

Stay updated with trending content, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visuals.

Assist in managing paid ad campaigns in coordination with external ad managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Strong content creation and planning skills.
-
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
-
Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
-
Ability to research and adapt to social media trends.

Strong copywriting skills for captions and posts.

Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration.

Analytics and performance tracking knowledge.
Job Details:

Work Mode: Hybrid (Primarily remote with occasional attendance at shoots)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 7 hours per day

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,500 per month (based on experience and skillset)
