Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a dynamic personality to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a customer-first approach and excellent communication skills to engage with both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and engaging approach while interacting with clients through various communication channels.

  • Manage and develop current and new accounts within the assigned area.

  • Align sales efforts with company targets and ensure consistent implementation of strategies.

  • Keep an accurate record of client interactions and maintain a systematic database for quick assessment.

  • Promote company products and services through both online and offline communication.

  • Utilize effective sales techniques (consumer sales, dealer relations, PR, and business promotions) to maximize sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
Communication: Ability to engage effectively with teams, clients, and management through both verbal and written communication.
Customer-Oriented: Implement a customer-first approach by offering personalized sales solutions.
Performance-Driven: Capable of working under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Presentation Skills: Excellent phone, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to balance client requirements with company policies to ensure profitability and long-term business growth.
