BFL Group is seeking a Business Systems Manager (Supply Chain) to lead WMS implementation, Oracle MFCS integration, and supply chain system enhancements. This techno-functional role requires hands-on expertise in supply chain technologies, logistics automation, and global trade management. The position involves stakeholder management, system design, and digital transformation leadership while ensuring alignment with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead WMS implementation and integration with Oracle MFCS and legacy applications.

Manage supply chain technologies including logistics, warehouse automation, and trade management systems.

Oversee omnichannel fulfillment solutions, including last-mile delivery and courier aggregators.

Drive supplier collaboration, freight optimization, and KPI tracking (OTIF, Fill Rate).

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain systems and digital transformation.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process alignment and system adoption.

Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams for vendor evaluation, RFPs, and negotiations.

Develop real-time dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights.

Mentor and manage a team of transformation professionals, data analysts, and project managers.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or data analytics.

At least 5 years in a leadership role managing WMS and supply chain solutions.

Proven track record in implementing Oracle MFCS, WMS, and logistics automation.

Experience in global trade management, transport optimization, and supplier integration.

Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain process enhancements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
