Core42, a G42 company, is a leading provider of AI infrastructure, sovereign cloud, and managed AI services. As part of its expansion, the company seeks a Business Development Director to drive market growth, secure strategic partnerships, and boost AI cloud adoption in the UAE, particularly in the public sector, enterprise, and BFSI markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement BD strategies to expand Core42’s market presence.

Drive AI cloud adoption within government, enterprise, and BFSI sectors.

Secure strategic partnerships and high-value clients.
-
Enhance existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling AI solutions.

Lead & mentor the BD team, setting KPIs and revenue growth targets.

Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
-
Represent Core42 at industry events, forums, and networking sessions.
Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in AI cloud, enterprise tech, or sovereign cloud.

3+ years in a leadership role, managing strategic BD initiatives.

Strong network in UAE government & enterprise sectors.

Fluency in Arabic & English (Emirati candidates preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
