This role involves developing and executing Market Partner strategies, managing sales networks, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision for sustainable and natural food solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Market Partner strategies to drive market share growth.

• Manage external sales force, including negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Market Partners.

• Oversee training and competency development for sales partners.

• Align Market Partner strategy with corporate growth and excellence goals.
