Oregon Systems is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across GCC countries. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and content management. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies across GCC countries.

Manage relationships with vendors, channel partners, and external agencies.

Develop and optimize marketing strategies focused on demand generation.

Track and analyze marketing KPIs, gaining actionable insights.

Increase qualified traffic to the company’s website.

Manage website content and digital identity.
-
Coordinate webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.

Oversee content creation and branding efforts.
-
Execute and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and emerging digital channels.

Strong project management and execution skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
