About the Role:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee corrective maintenance activities at project sites, ensuring efficient resource management and seamless execution of civil works. This role involves coordinating with site teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while adhering to industry best practices and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site & Maintenance Coordination:

• Supervise daily corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth execution of all civil works.

• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources efficiently, preventing downtime and maximizing productivity.

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Foremen to ensure seamless workflow.

• Monitor and track work order completion while ensuring compliance with project timelines.

Inspection & Compliance:

• Conduct site inspections to assess defects, propose rectification measures, and oversee corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to BOQ specifications, contracts, and method statements for effective implementation.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, technical documentation, and reports.

Stakeholder & Project Management:

• Work closely with RTA representatives for site coordination, issue resolution, and joint inspections.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project execution.

• Utilize Maximo software to track, update, and follow up on work orders.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated with new developments in construction and maintenance practices.

• Implement innovative approaches to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• UAE National with Family Book and UAE Passport (Mandatory).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred).

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
