CSCEC Middle East is seeking an experienced Utilities Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects, particularly in roads, utilities, and RTA or DM projects. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of utility infrastructure projects, including water, sewage, and power works. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with local regulations, maintain project timelines, and manage budgets while coordinating with stakeholders and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and complete utility infrastructure projects, including water, sewage, and power.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and timely delivery of projects.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project risks.

• Lead project teams to successfully deliver RTA and DM-related infrastructure works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 15+ years in Civil & Infrastructure projects, with a focus on RTA and DM projects.

• Proven experience managing utility networks and infrastructure projects.

• Strong project planning, execution, and budget management skills.

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• Business acumen in project management and delivery.
