Publicis Middle East, a leading advertising and communication agency, is seeking a Manager to oversee client relationships and drive strategic communication initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing day-to-day client interactions, developing marketing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily client relationships & communication.
✅ Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, content, creative, production, media).
✅ Conduct market research & competitive analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
✅ Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
✅ Oversee multiple projects & stakeholders while maintaining time, quality, and budget standards.
✅ Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a communication, digital, or media agency (or marketing/client side).
✔ Strong understanding of advertising, media, and digital marketing trends.
✔ Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in developing strategic briefs and campaign reports.
✔ Ability to handle multiple clients & markets with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Financial understanding of budgeting and estimating.
