BettingJobs, a leading recruitment agency in the iGaming industry, is hiring an HR Specialist to manage daily HR operations across the UAE and other locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and labour law adherence while ensuring smooth HR processes within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HR operations across UAE and other global locations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including visa applications, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.

Ensure payroll updates are accurately communicated to the payroll team.

Maintain HR policies, records, and databases aligned with company goals and regulations.
-
Assist in benefit administration and ensure compliance with company policies.

Keep up to date with UAE labour laws and HR best practices to provide guidance to management.

Foster effective communication between HR and other departments.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Essential:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
-
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new HR systems.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
