Job Title: Salesman Showroom
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Possess a strong understanding of the sales process and showroom products.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations and product recommendations.
- Identify customer needs, offer alternative solutions, and drive sales.
🔹 Customer Service & Support:
- Deliver professional and respectful customer service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
- Accurately manage incoming calls while maintaining showroom professionalism.
🔹 Technical & Operational Tasks:
- Demonstrate technical and electronic skills relevant to showroom products.
- Operate and provide training on network machines when required.
- Read and understand company documents, policies, and procedures.
🔹 Showroom Maintenance & Professional Conduct:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the showroom.
- Avoid smoking and using personal phones during work hours.
Skills & Qualifications:
📈 Experience & Education:
- 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the UAE (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
🛠️ Technical & Sales Skills:
- Strong knowledge of showroom sales & customer engagement.
- Ability to understand technical details of electrical and lighting products.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
