DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, one of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies, is seeking an IT Specialist, WMS to enhance warehouse management systems and operational efficiency. The role involves client collaboration, system implementation, troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and identify operational improvements.
✅ Implement WMS solutions, including training, process development, testing, and documentation.
✅ Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to define end-to-end solutions.
✅ Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
✅ Provide training and support to warehouse users on WMS usage.
✅ Develop custom reports based on customer requirements.
✅ Act as the primary IT liaison between business functions and solution management.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

📌 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and report designing tools (Crystal Reports, Jasper, BIRT, SQL Server Reporting).
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes.

📌 Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
