Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
Role Overview:
The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining high-impact visual displays across multiple stores, ensuring brand consistency and an engaging customer experience. This role focuses on executing strategic Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, optimizing resources, and enhancing store presentation to drive sales performance and overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cross-Regional Coordination & Training:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple regions/countries.
- Conduct regular market visits to coach and train teams on VM standards.
- Lead training sessions to enhance VM execution and compliance.
✅ Retail & Product Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee alignment between retail operations and product VM to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and implement store-specific merchandising strategies.
✅ Image & Display Management:
- Manage selection, production, and installation of visual merchandising imagery.
- Ensure high execution standards for all displays.
✅ Store Communication & Fixture Management:
- Act as the primary liaison with Store Managers and Operations Managers.
- Oversee fixture requests, damage reports, and delivery logistics, especially for new store openings.
✅ Seasonal & Promotional Execution:
- Develop and distribute seasonal VM packets, including fixture order forms, props, and regional VM guidelines.
✅ Visual Merchandising Communication & Rollouts:
- Lead and execute all VM-related communication for new product launches, holiday campaigns, store rollouts, and new store openings.
- Coordinate digital and physical transmittals for seamless execution.
✅ Supplier & Budget Management:
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
- Oversee scheduling, budgets, and invoice processing.
✅ Data & Information Management:
- Maintain accurate distribution lists and VM attributes for all rollout-related information.
✅ Store-Level Implementation & Compliance:
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to ensure smooth VM rollouts.
- Minimize operational disruptions while maintaining high presentation standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Required Skills:
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) for presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
✅ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail environment within a premium fashion store display capacity.
- Previous experience in a retail store environment is required.
