GAC Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Dubai. The role involves identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements to develop effective IT solutions. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring that software solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and site visits to gather business requirements.
• Identify and prioritize stakeholder needs while managing competing priorities.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of GAC’s management, operational, and financial processes.
• Utilize data modeling and solution design techniques to develop IT solutions.
• Drive business process improvements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop business case documentation, scope documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with IT teams for software development, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Facilitate data sharing and reporting for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis and IT project management.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong process mapping and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio for business process mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
