Wesco is hiring a Project Manager III to manage and oversee large-scale projects ensuring timely completion within budget. The role involves scope management, cost estimation, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with vendors, and provide strategic project updates to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Direct and manage large and complex projects from initiation to completion.
✅ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with business objectives.
✅ Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents.
✅ Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones.
✅ Identify risks, dependencies, and implement contingency plans.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
✅ Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Track and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Job Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required.
🔹 5-7 years of experience in large-scale project management.
🔹 Strong knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and process execution.
🔹 Proven ability to manage people, workflows, and business relationships.
🔹 Expertise in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
🔹 Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
🔹 Proficiency in project management tools and technology.
