Social Media Specialist


ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and implement a robust social media strategy to boost web traffic and brand visibility. The role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to manage and optimize the company’s digital presence effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Conduct weekly store shoots and develop content strategies.
- Oversee community management, responding to customer inquiries professionally.
- Implement and analyze performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, META Ads).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for multiple brands.
- Adapt content for new collections, promotions, and mall social media updates.
- Track digital marketing expenses and provide post-campaign performance insights.
- Engage in event coverage, showroom activities, and brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Proficiency in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with social media tools, trends, and strategies.
