Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) Abu Dhabi , UAE

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage and coordinate procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role involves handling purchase orders (POs), vendor coordination, vehicle compliance, insurance management, and permit processing.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) for goods and services.
🔹 Ensure accurate procurement records and monitor budgets in coordination with the finance team.
🔹 Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing, order details, and delivery schedules.
🔹 Act as the primary contact with traffic police for vehicle registrations, renewals, and compliance.
🔹 Manage insurance policies related to vehicles, property, and employees, ensuring timely renewals and claims processing.
🔹 Work closely with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to review, apply for, and renew necessary permits.
🔹 Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
🔹 Provide operational and administrative support, including preparing reports and optimizing procurement processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or operational roles.
✔ Experience in working with government agencies, PROs, and insurance companies is preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors and stakeholders.
✔ Proficiency in procurement and planning software (ERP systems preferred).
✔ Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and manage compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
