We are looking for motivated and experienced Offplan Real Estate Brokers to join our high-performing team.

This is a commission-only role, offering a structured training and mentorship program led by an industry expert with over 20 years of experience and proven sales of AED 100 million in the last year alone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Offplan Properties from top Dubai developers.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers.
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and developer incentives.
• Provide expert advice on the real estate market, investment returns, and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Minimum 6 months experience in Offplan Real Estate Brokerage.
✔ Strong sales and customer service skills.
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
✔ Valid real estate broker’s license in Dubai (preferred).
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a passion for making money.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
