This role involves customer coordination, quality assurance, technical support, and operational reporting to maintain high service standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure timely order delivery by coordinating with partners.
✅ Handle inbound & outbound customer calls for service quality assurance.
✅ Provide technical support to partners for smooth operations.
✅ Analyze order quality & performance reports to identify areas of improvement.
✅ Train and update partnered shops on InstaShop processes.
✅ Manage employee schedules & delivery fleet.
✅ Support internal teams on daily subtasks & projects for operational improvements.
✅ Regularly use InstaShop services and provide feedback for enhancements.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Fresh graduates with a Business background preferred.
📌 Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and verbal in English).
- Structured thinking & organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Basic IT knowledge for handling relevant systems.
- Commercial awareness to support business operations.
