Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, and have a professional and welcoming demeanor. Candidates with Korean language proficiency will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Management

  • Greet and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and office guests.

Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounting Departments.
  • Draft and prepare official letters, emails, and documents as required.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office inventory, including stationery and consumables.
  • Monitor and track staff movements within the office.

Office Operations & Coordination

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by assisting with various administrative functions.
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.

📌 Reporting To: HR Senior Manager & Accounting Senior Manager

Qualifications & Skills

📌 Must-Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
✔ College graduate with a pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation.
✔ Exceptional telephone etiquette with a polite and friendly demeanor.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced work environment.

📌 Preferred:
Korean language proficiency is an advantage.
✔ Experience working in an international corporate setting.
