Job Title: BIM Modeler Draftsman 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) to join our design and construction team. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

✅ BIM Modeling & Drafting

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for EIFS systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documents for EIFS installations.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to ensure high-quality project execution.

✅ Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate EIFS components into building models.
• Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical support and expertise related to EIFS systems.
• Ensure model accuracy, quality, and integrity through regular audits and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.

✅ Project Standards & Documentation

• Assist in developing BIM standards and templates specific to EIFS modeling.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications related to EIFS.

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

🔧 Experience & Technical Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler/Draftsman, preferably with expertise in EIFS systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of EIFS systems, materials, construction methods, and best practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications related to EIFS.
