Viatris is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (GCC) to provide scientific expertise and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), professional associations, and patient advocacy groups. The role involves scientific exchange, clinical research support, and training, ensuring that Viatris’ products are well-understood and properly utilized in the market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as a scientific expert, providing accurate medical and scientific information to HCPs.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
✅ Support clinical research activities, study feasibility, and site identification.
✅ Communicate drug safety, mechanism of action, and clinical efficacy with updated data.
✅ Assist in named patient and expanded access programs in compliance with regulations.
✅ Provide training to internal teams, including Sales Representatives.
✅ Ensure all activities align with Viatris’ business policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Gather insights from HCPs to shape Viatris’ medical strategy and identify data gaps.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Doctorate, Bachelor’s in Medicine, or Clinical Pharmacist degree.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of medical or commercial affairs experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
✔️ Strong knowledge of clinical research, health economics, and regulatory guidelines.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
✔️ Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and time management.
