Job Title: Maintenance Technician 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and execute maintenance procedures, ensure timely repairs, and provide in-field technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance and technical operations across multiple business units and countries within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ In-Field Technical Support & Diagnosis

• Act as the technical expert on-site, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.
• Oversee all repair activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

✅ Maintenance Procedures & Compliance

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols in alignment with industry best practices and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

✅ Record Keeping & Maintenance Planning

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including:
  • Repair histories
  • Parts consumption
  • Equipment performance
• Use data-driven insights for maintenance planning and decision-making.

✅ Operational Efficiency & Performance Monitoring

• Implement efficient maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ Education & Certification

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

✔ Experience

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and technical operations across multiple countries and business units.
• Proven experience in the GCC region is mandatory.

✔ Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, repair management, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.

✔ Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
