Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for optimizing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process Management
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
✅ Team Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and enhance productivity.
✅ Project Management
- Manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate operational performance updates and improvement areas to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and terms.
✅ Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
✅ Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for process enhancement.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
✔ 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics and transport.
✔ Proven experience using the Dubai Trade platform (minimum 3 years).
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
