Fuller, a global leader in adhesives, coatings, and sealants, is looking for a Production Operator IV to oversee and execute production tasks, including raw material preparation, machine operation, quality control, and packaging. This role ensures efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining high safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare raw materials by verifying labels, weight, and batch numbers.
🔹 Operate machinery to execute production processes per work instructions.
🔹 Perform quality control checks and adjust production parameters as needed.
🔹 Package and label final products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
🔹 Maintain equipment and report any operational issues.
🔹 Adhere to safety and environmental standards, reporting any deviations.
🔹 Contribute to process improvements and maintain a clean workspace.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or Basic Educational Degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Production Operator III or 7+ years in an industrial setting.
  ✅ Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with chemical mixing and packaging processes (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety regulations, and production guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  ✅ Work Conditions:
• Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs independently, 100 lbs with assistance), and work in industrial environments.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
