Autodesk is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer – Water Infrastructure to support sales teams in the Middle East & EMEA region. This role involves pre-sales technical support, solution demonstrations, customer engagement, and workflow presentations to highlight Autodesk Water solutions. The candidate will act as a technical subject matter expert, helping customers optimize water infrastructure projects using Autodesk technology.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Support: Collaborate with Autodesk Water Product Sales Executives to validate customer success plans.
🔹 Technical Expertise: Understand customer business processes and workflows, offering tailored solutions.
🔹 Solution Demonstrations: Present technical workflows to showcase Autodesk Water software capabilities.
🔹 Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery workshops to identify business needs and propose solutions.
🔹 Strategic Leadership: Assist in solution architecture design, technical evaluations, and ROI business cases.
🔹 Process Improvement: Guide customers in license management and deployment to maximize efficiency.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, consulting, and marketing teams to ensure customer success.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Engineering degree or equivalent certification.
✅ Experience:
- Expertise in InfoWorks ICM and Autodesk Water solutions.
- Pre-sales or sales support experience in a technical or engineering role.
✅ Languages: Business fluency in English & Arabic.
✅ Skills: - Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and technical evaluation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred).
