🏨 Room Management: Control arrival & departure room assignments.
📊 System Control: Manage VICAS system and update room status.
📝 Reports & Audits: Action trace reports, audit profile updates, and check routing instructions.
💳 Payments & Billing: Post online payments and review group bookings and allocations.
📞 Guest Communication: Monitor queue rooms, inform guests when rooms are ready, and arrange extensions or changes as needed.
📌 Inventory Control: Balance room availability, communicate with reservations, and oversee OOS/OOO rooms.
📈 Upselling: Prepare room allocations for upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience: Prior experience in a 5-star luxury hotel front office.
✅ Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Opera PMS.
✅ Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✅ People-Oriented: Strong guest interaction and problem-solving skills.
✅ Organized & Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in handling room assignments and guest preferences.
