Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resource
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Executive Human Resource to manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and training & development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing company and a deep understanding of UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper documentation.
✅ Performance & Training Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
- Monitor employee training progress and maintain records.
✅ Payroll & Employee Benefits:
- Administer payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Oversee employee benefits programs in compliance with company policies.
✅ HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Requirements:
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Master’s in HRM or PG Diploma in HR.
- 4-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company in the UAE.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and deadline-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
