Emirates Investment Authority is hiring an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain system performance. This role involves both on-site and remote assistance for users.
Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Hardware Installation: Set up PCs, monitors, keyboards, printers & disk drives.
🔄 Active Directory Maintenance: Ensure system updates & security compliance.
🛠️ Software Support: Install & configure OS, business apps & office tools.
📡 Networking & System Troubleshooting: Diagnose & fix connectivity & system issues.
🔍 Business Application Support: Troubleshoot applications & POS systems.
⚡ Incident Management: Track & resolve IT service requests via Service Desk system.
Job Requirements
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
💼 Experience: 2-4 years in IT support/helpdesk roles.
🖥️ Technical Skills:
✅ Windows OS & Networking
✅ MS Office Suite
✅ Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
🗣️ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
