Job Title: Purchase Officer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Purchase Officer to handle purchase orders, dispatch coordination, and customer order management. The ideal candidate will have experience in multinational accessory supply chains and be proficient in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Purchase Order Management:
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders while maintaining confidential records.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of procurement activities.
✅ Shipment & Delivery Coordination:
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipments, ensure insurance coverage, and handle customs clearance efficiently.
✅ Order & Inventory Tracking:
- Record and report orders, delivery statuses, and customer purchase data.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and track order progress.
✅ Customer & Supplier Liaison:
- Manage customer and project orders, coordinating with internal departments.
- Handle claims related to defects, shortages, or missing parts.
- Communicate with multinational accessory suppliers for smooth procurement processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement and order management.
- Strong knowledge of multinational accessory supply chains.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
📌 Preferred Candidate:
- Nationality: Open to Asian & Arabic candidates.
- Age Limit: 40 years old and below.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
