This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations in AMZL & FC, managing 30-40 team members.
👥 Team Management: Lead, train & motivate teams while ensuring safety & compliance.
📊 Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvements.
🔧 Process Improvement: Identify & implement solutions to optimize logistics & workflows.
📢 Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams & external agencies.
🛠️ Technology & Tools: Utilize software & hardware for inventory & process efficiency.
📦 Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy and workflow optimization.
Job Requirements
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
📈 Experience: 1+ years in employee & performance management.
⏳ Flexible Schedule: Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
💪 Physical Ability: Move wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds (AMZL).
🤝 Team Leadership: Ability to motivate, manage & train teams.
🔍 Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills.
