Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk is looking for a Reservations Agent to handle customer inquiries and room reservations, ensuring maximum revenue and exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sales expertise to convert calls into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage room reservations via calls and emails.
✅ Maximize revenue through upselling and pricing strategies.
✅ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
✅ Maintain accurate records in Opera PMS and CRM.
✅ Support Revenue Management strategies and ensure rate accuracy.
✅ Identify sales opportunities through corporate and travel partners.
✅ Participate in client entertainment and special events.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Training & Development.
🏨 Experience: Minimum 2 years in reservations at a hotel or resort (luxury experience preferred).
💻 Technical Skills: Knowledge of Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and reservation systems.
🌍 Cultural Understanding: Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
🗣️ Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
