My responsibilities were to manage the staff, guest area and kitchen. Greeting and advising customers to enhancing guest’s experience at restaurant and was the one point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints. I also handle administration and financial records. My overall responsibility was to maintain high quality hygiene, health and safety. Was also responsible for Timely maintenance and modification of the restaurant. I have saved 25% of operational costs without hampering the quality by planning and implementing QMS. I was always finding ways to take the business to the next level.

Here, I was responsible for training the Sales Executives; Making them aware about the company's products, Solving their technical queries and assigning them targets. Was also responsible to manage & guide the team to achieve the targets and improve the overall sales. Was also attending the after sales customer issues and queries, and forwarding them to the respective teams and making sure it gets resolved as per the SLA. Major challenge and overall aim was to improve the company's brand value and profitability.

Implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawing, methods and safety rules. Providing the engineering and technical support to all the mechanical work groups at the site. Estimating, preparing and assigning the resources required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution. Ensuring that all the work will be done in accordance to all the applicable standards both local and national standards. My responsibility was to apply the EHS rules and also to makesure that other workers and sub-contractors also apply them. Sending daily status of the site progress. Monitoring and reviewing subcontractor’s performance. Certifying progress of overall work on completion of the installation.
