Our client — a healthy café located opposite DMCC Metro Station, JLT — is seeking an experienced Waitress/Barista with strong customer service and communication skills to join their vibrant team.

Role Overview:

The café is looking for a full-time Waitress/Barista who can deliver an outstanding customer experience, prepare quality beverages, and maintain a welcoming environment. If you have experience in the Food & Beverage industry and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard.

• Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.

• Engage with guests to build strong, lasting relationships.

• Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Follow health and safety guidelines in all food-handling processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Preferred:

• Previous barista training (training will be provided if needed).

• Prior experience in a healthy café or specialty coffee shop.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday: Weekly day off

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

• Benefits: Visa sponsorship, annual leave, medical insurance, and training provided
