Luminous Dental Lab is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Veneer Technician & CAD/CAM Specialist to join its full-time, on-site operation in Dubai. This role is ideal for dental technicians with a passion for precision, digital design, and aesthetic craftsmanship. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology to create high-quality dental restorations and contribute to a collaborative, quality-driven lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate dental restorations using CAD/CAM software and milling systems
• Layer and finish veneers with a strong focus on aesthetics and anatomical accuracy
• Operate and maintain digital equipment including scanners, milling machines, and 3D printers
• Collaborate with dentists and lab technicians to ensure optimal fit and function
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Stay updated on modern dental materials, workflows, and digital trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dental CAD/CAM design and milling workflows
• Strong craftsmanship in veneer layering and smile design
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape) and digital manufacturing tools
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and modern restorative materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Immediate availability preferred
