Asian Air Travel & Tourism is seeking a proactive and experienced Travel Supervisor to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a background in travel operations. The Travel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients, including VIP and complex travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the travel team to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and manage team schedules (rota) to optimize workflow
• Handle escalated client issues and crisis situations with professionalism
• Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to maintain high engagement
• Train and upskill junior consultants on processes and systems
• Support the Corporate Manager in budgeting and strategic planning
• Communicate business goals and ensure team alignment with company values
• Provide regular revenue and booking pipeline reports to management
• Monitor and reduce GDS wastage through routine queue checks
• Evaluate team performance monthly based on client feedback
• Negotiate discounted airline rates when necessary
• Be available for work beyond standard office hours when required
