TripFactory.com is hiring an experienced and driven Travel Consultant to manage B2B accounts and sell customized holiday packages. Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in corporate travel sales and account management. You’ll work with top corporate clients, crafting seamless and tailored travel experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and B2B clients

Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts

Understand client travel preferences to deliver personalized solutions
Sales & Revenue Generation:

Sell domestic and international holiday packages to B2B clients
-
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Travel Planning & Execution:
-
Design complete travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and activities

Handle all arrangements to ensure a seamless client experience

Manage and resolve any travel-related issues pre- and post-departure
Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated on travel trends, competitor activity, and client demands

Work with marketing and product teams to launch new travel packages
Reporting & Analytics:

Provide performance reports, sales updates, and client feedback

Use CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and interactions
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B travel sales or corporate account management

Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
