The company is currently hiring a Temporary Admin – Fine Wine to support administrative and digital content tasks within a fast-paced, dynamic team. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain experience in the fine wine and luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

• Source, organize, and maintain images and content from galleries and internal databases for marketing and operational purposes.

• Create, edit, and refine product descriptions for websites and internal documents, leveraging AI tools to enhance accuracy and creativity.

• Use AI platforms effectively to automate routine administrative processes and generate digital content.

• Apply critical thinking to review, analyze, and improve AI-generated content and other materials.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong interest in administration, digital tools, and emerging workplace technologies.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with AI platforms is a plus.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and commitment to task completion.
