Role Overview:
Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is seeking a Telephone Operator (UAE Nationals, Part-Time) to handle guest and management communications efficiently. This role involves managing incoming calls, responding to guest inquiries, ensuring timely wake-up calls, and handling emergencies while maintaining Hilton’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer, deliver, and respond to guest and management messages promptly and professionally.

Manage wake-up calls and ensure accuracy in delivery.

Handle guest queries efficiently to achieve positive outcomes.

Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guests.

Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and offerings.

Handle emergency calls and ensure accurate communication of information.

Maintain a high level of customer service and comply with all health, safety, and security regulations.

Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Must-Have:

UAE National (Emirati).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.

Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic IT proficiency.
Preferred:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

Familiarity with hotel operations or front office systems.
