ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to oversee taxation and regulatory compliance for the organization. The role ensures adherence to local tax laws, labor regulations, and corporate governance standards, while optimizing tax efficiency and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate tax compliance including VAT, corporate tax filings, and other relevant regulations.

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance.

• Oversee regulatory compliance across all organizational functions.

• Review financial statements and advise on tax implications of business transactions.

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance reviews.

• Monitor changes in tax legislation, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance; assess impacts and implement necessary adjustments.

• Prepare reports and provide guidance to senior management on tax and compliance matters.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance and tax-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in taxation and corporate compliance within the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong knowledge of local VAT, corporate tax, labor laws, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Proven experience managing tax audits, compliance activities, and regulatory reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting/compliance software and MS Office.
