Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, a leading UAE real estate company known for high-quality properties and exceptional client service, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support the company’s growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes with HR.

• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating offers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate, retail, or customer-facing sectors.

• Experience with mass hiring is essential.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local hiring trends.

• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

• Fluent in English.
