Job Summary:

Grõ Careers is hiring a Strategic Business Development Lead – GCC, based in the UAE, to represent a world-renowned architecture and design studio expanding across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This position bridges architecture, diplomacy, and strategic growth — ideal for a professional with deep regional networks and a passion for design-led development.

The role involves building key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving landmark projects across civic, cultural, residential, and hospitality sectors in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the studio’s vision and values across the UAE and GCC markets.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with developers, ministries, and public- and private-sector leaders.

• Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within design, architecture, and urban development.

• Present at industry events, forums, and roundtables, positioning the studio as a leader in design innovation.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop proposals and secure major commissions.

• Drive growth initiatives that align with UAE’s and KSA’s long-term urban development goals, including Vision 2030 and Dubai 2040 Master Plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, client relations, or strategic partnerships within architecture, design, or real estate.

• Strong existing network across the GCC, especially in the UAE and KSA.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of architectural and design services, and the ability to articulate creative value.

• Confident and professional presence in boardrooms, government settings, and industry events.

• Culturally aware and passionate about the evolution of the Gulf’s design landscape.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: Approx. AED 670,000 per annum (AED 55,800/month)
🎯 Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure
✈️ Location: Hybrid role based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with regular travel across the GCC
