Job Summary:

Galadari Brothers is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer – MEP to join their Projects team under the Ventures Division in Dubai. The role involves overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring project execution aligns with technical standards, safety regulations, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Monitor installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and review site reports, schedules, and progress updates.

• Ensure proper documentation and quality control of all site-related MEP works.

• Support procurement and logistics for MEP materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP site engineering within construction projects.

• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design software.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
