Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is looking for a Senior Relationship Officer to join their Retail Banking Group (RBG). This full-time on-site position is ideal for experienced banking professionals who are passionate about client relationship management, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on supporting retail and micro-business clients by providing tailored financial solutions through conventional and Shari’ah-compliant banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer requests, particularly from VIP clients, ensuring needs are met efficiently and professionally.

• Execute sales and service activities, aiming to build long-term client relationships and support revenue growth.

• Ensure all customer complaints and service issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

• Adhere to organizational and departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal service standards.

• Apply ADCB’s Service Standards and core values in all customer and team interactions.

• Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Banking).

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking industry.

• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver strong sales and service results.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of retail banking products, including both conventional and Shari’ah-compliant services.
