As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you’ll work remotely within the UAE, managing your own client portfolio and closing high-value deals. This is a commission-based contract role ideal for experienced agents fluent in Persian, Chinese, Hindi, Turkish, or Russian who are ready to take charge of their real estate career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage off-plan and secondary property sales in Dubai.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

• Handle the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

• Advise clients on Dubai’s property market trends and investment opportunities.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market developments.

• Represent the Utana Real Estate brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to generate leads or maintain an existing client base

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Persian, Chinese, Hindi, Turkish, or Russian
