Sundus, a prominent government entity in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Executive Employee Relations to support its HR and governance initiatives in the Northern Emirates. This role is responsible for implementing employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to organizational excellence. The position offers an opportunity to work in a structured government environment while enhancing professional skills and contributing to impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake responsibilities in alignment with the governance framework, departmental, and ministry-level policies.

• Ensure compliance with Risk Management Department guidelines and institutional excellence standards.

• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external reports as required by the ministry.

• Support the implementation of change management initiatives within the department.

• Continuously identify opportunities for innovative solutions to improve processes and address challenges.

• Develop technical and professional capabilities in line with the role’s requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain effective employee relations and adherence to policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR functions.

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

• Knowledge of government HR policies, governance frameworks, and risk management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to process improvements and innovative initiatives.
