Job Summary:

IMPERIUM GROUP is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-end architectural projects. This role involves managing all phases of the design process—from concept creation to site supervision—ensuring projects meet both client expectations and technical standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with luxury architecture, strong design sensibility, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee concept design, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• Ensure that architectural designs align with client requirements, sustainability principles, and industry standards.

• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to optimize project efficiency.

• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Manage BIM models, CAD drawings, and construction documentation with precision.

• Select materials and finishes considering durability, cost, and aesthetics.

• Coordinate with MEP engineers, structural consultants, and contractors for seamless integration.

• Conduct client presentations and incorporate design feedback promptly.

• Supervise site activities, ensuring timely resolution of design-related challenges.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, promoting continuous improvement.

• Prepare and revise drawing packages for municipal submissions and developer approvals.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and zoning regulations.

• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial architectural design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, and Photoshop.

• Strong BIM expertise and knowledge of parametric tools (Grasshopper, Dynamo).

• Advanced understanding of technical detailing, construction methods, and façade design.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing design teams.

• Deep understanding of UAE building codes and international design standards.
