Secretary/Document Controller

Fit-out Company based in JAFZA, currently looking for an experienced Project Secretary/Document Controller for our Abu Dhabi project;

Requirements;

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP & ACONEX
Good knowledge of Drawing/Material Submittals and to maintain a log
Review and update Technical Documents
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates
Being able to work with one or more teams
Good self-management & organizational skills
Written and oral communication skills
